| Making A Purchase Making a purchase is a simple procedure. Just browse our site, and place any items that you wish to buy into your basket by clicking on the 'Add to Basket' symbol under each item. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order. |
| Accepted Payments Payment may be done by any of the method shown on our site at the time of your order. Payment online by credit/debit card - Your details are encrypted and then sent to a secure server. Telephone payment can be made by credit/debit card. Payment by way of cheque, made payable to JG Electrical Ltd, and sent to the above address will be cleared into our bank account prior to despatch of your goods. | Delivery and Back Orders We aim to despatch all order as early as possible once the order have been received. All of our orders to the UK are sent using a 24hr service. In stock products normally get sent out on same day if received by 11.30am. Out of stock item products take 7 working days. If the product is out of stock and it takes more then 8 working days to be delivered to you. We will contact you to inform you of expected delivery date. You will have the option to wait, change or cancel the order. Most of our designer lighting is hand-made or ordered from Europe. This means it take longer to deliver the products. When you place an order from our designer range you will be contacted when we expect delivery of the fittings. You will not be charged for your order until it has been despatched. Due to the cost of some items in our designer range we reserve the right to request a deposit. In this case we would contact you first. |
| Tax For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. In line with regulations there is no VAT charge for orders originating from the Channel Isles |

| Warranty A one-year, return to store warranty, is provided on all products with the exception of lamps (light bulbs). Should a fault occur, within one year of purchase, following an assessment, the product will be repaired or replaced as required. This warranty is limited to electrical components and is void if it is deemed that the product has been incorrectly installed or suffered abuse in a manner not intended for the purpose supplied. |
| Returns and Refund Policy All products carry a seven-day money back policy. Bespoke items or items made to your specification or products imported in to us. (i.e. Designer Lighting) are not covered and you will be notified at the time of purchase if this is the case.
